Pre-Demolition Surveys

It is very important to conduct a survey of buildings prior to their demolition. A survey must be conducted for all commercial buildings built prior to 1990 before demolition.

A hazardous materials survey must be conducted for all buildings built before 1990 that required demolition in accordance with workplace health and safety legislation and AS2601. This survey outlines all known hazardous materials that may require removal for safe and compliant demolition.
