Airborne Fibre Monitoring

in Hazardous Materials

Respirable fibre air monitoring for asbestos fibres is conducted to assess the exposure and the effectiveness of control measures.

This is undertaken where asbestos containing products are in a poor condition and/ or being disturbed potentially releasing asbestos fibres into the air.

Asbestos air monitoring is an important part of any refurbishment or demolition project where asbestos is being removed. This demonstrates that the project is being managed safely and in accordance with legislative requirements.’
